Need to Know Where to Begin?

 I know beginning a healthy lifestyle can be daunting.

 So much information is thrown out there about what is deemed "healthy". You should count calories, you shouldn't count calories. Low fat and high carbohydrates will help you succeed. High fat and low carbohydrates helps you burn more fat. Vegan, paleo, vegetarian, pescetarian, the Mediterranean diet, etc. All of these labels seem to fog up the desire to just be healthy and remind ourselves to listen to our body and what it's needing. 

 

Somewhere along this journey of striving to know what is best for my body and how I can be healthy not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well, I found a passion to help better the friends and family in my life.

I also happen to have a drive and passion for cooking. If you live in the Houston, Texas area- I am more than happy to sit down and talk with you about the ways I would incorporate my healthy eating habits into your daily lifestyle.

This would include a thought out-approved by you weekly menu, grocery shopping by me, and freshly prepared and prepped meals once a week.
